Change to Out of Bounds Damage: We have changed the out of bounds damage system to immediately kill players after being out of bounds for 15 seconds. Please note that the total time a player can be out of bounds has not changed. This fix will help prevent stat padding exploits. Ranked Server APM setting hard coded: Anti-personelle mines are now always set to "Friendly fire off" on ranked servers. Fixed an exploit using the reactor core door: Soldiers can no longer conceal themselves by moving back against the reactor core door. The correct message is now shown when trying to join a full server. Fixed crash when placing Squad Leader Spawn Beacon Added server side option to prevent Titan Movement Added optimization to Titan mode to reduce lag We wanted to thank everyone who took the time to beta test this update and provide feedback to us. We have archived all feedback and will be reviewing everything that did not make it into this update for future updates.

Thanks but anyone else getting the message: "you already have a newer version installed" when you try to install the incremental patch ?

EDIT 1: Installing the full patch seems to solve the problem......

From what I've heard, the incremental is for folks who had the 1.20 Beta installed for testing. For everyone else, the FULL 1.20 patch is required.

Due to my experience with incremental patches with other EA/Dice titles *cough* BF2 *cough* I ONLY install the Full patch.

Same - BF" incremental patches were horible

Will not install

Tried to install full 1.2 but getting an error message that it hasn't fully installed. Tried to log in any way but crashes to desktop whwen I press login, tried this a few times and same thing. Uninstalled BF and re installed along with patch, (downloaded from a different location) and same thing happens, it's friday night and I can't get onto the game!!! can anyone suggest anything.

Try downloading it from the official EA website - the others may have been tampered with or you may have installed it wrong

dont change any directorys just keep clicking next

I got the first one thru the EA link and the second one from the EA site, Im currently trying to get it from one of the links at the top of this thread. all I did was press next too!!

What annoys me is that they decreased the points for heal and repair. Why the hell did they do that? That's so retarded!
